We are seeking experienced painters who are open to embracing and learning our core services.

Job Description:

This role is perfect for professional painters looking to diversify their skills by integrating into the field of window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and high dusting. Initially focusing on mastering our core services, the right candidate will play a pivotal role in our new painting division once launched and will have the potential to advance to a crew lead position as we expand.

Responsibilities:

• Perform interior and exterior painting services for residential and commercial clients, aligning with the upcoming launch of our painting division.
• Learn and perform additional core services including window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and high dusting.
• Maintain adherence to all safety protocols and uphold high quality standards.
• Complete projects efficiently to ensure they meet timelines.
• Deliver excellent customer service, maintaining the high standards of Squeegee Squad of Wichita.
• Some travel will be required.
• Occasional weekend work may be necessary.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a professional painter.
• Eagerness to learn and acquire new skills in different trades.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work at heights and in various environmental conditions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
