Senior Integration Data Analyst

Starting base salary US $84,500 – $102,000

What you will be doing: 

The Ideal candidate will have a track record for interpreting business requirements into data integration pipelines and is capable of actively participating in building a high performance team through support of the Development Lead in the SDLC process. They will have a strong foundational knowledge of data management, master data, cleansing, data quality and data governance practices.

In this role:

• You will be an integral part of the team for integrating data into our master data management platform and maintaining changes to the data model
• You will be responsible for the versioning and source control for the configurations involved in our MDM platform
• You will work within an Agile development environment to help in investigating business requirements, data profiling, data analysis and configuration of our MDM platform
• You will work with the business and cross functional teams to understand data requirements including mapping rules, cleansing routines and become the SME for master data
• Design and deliver data pipeline solutions using the following technologies:
  • ETL Tools, ex: Workato, AWS Glue
  • MDM Platform tools (such as Reltio)
  • Source Control and CICD - GitHub, TeamCity, Terraform, AWS CLI
• Maintaining configurations for our MDM platform
  • Making API calls to our MDM platform
  • Experience with json format
• Deliver data solutions in a cross-functional, agile organization
  • Liaise with Business System Analysts and Product Owners to understand requirements
  • Liaise with Agile Delivery Managers to provide estimates, develop plans, and plan sprints
  • Work with Business Owners to define and capture metadata and rules for data integration processes
• Develop, promote, and encourage adherence to best practices
  • Manage documentation and data governance standards
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for your area
  • Manage/guide the deployment of code into the various testing and production environments

What you’ll bring:

• 7+ years’ experience in a data analyst role
• 7+ years’ experience in relational SQL and No-SQL Databases
• 3+ years’ experience with a Master Data Management platform (such as Reltio)
• Excellent knowledge of Data Modelling principles, including UML, Conceptual and Logical data modelling
• Experience with Data quality metrics and data cleansing and validation routines
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly motivated and driven to achieve business outcomes for customers
• Experience working in a multitenant environment beneficial
