Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Create disclosure packages
- Draft offers/transaction documents
- Organize transactions and oversee vendors and milestone completions
- Assist Buyers with visiting and considering potential homes to buy on private tours
- Assist with open houses and broker tours
- Assist Buyers with disclosures, comparable sales and home purchase-related analysis
- Complete Agent Visual Inspections
- Assist with various Listing and Seller-related roles
Qualifications
- California Real Estate license required
- Exceptional professionalism, people skills, team spirit and attitude
- Willingness to work Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 10am - 6pm. Thursday & Friday are fully off days.
