We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Clerk to join our team at Del Toro Insurance Agency.

Job Description:

As an Accounting Clerk at Del Toro Insurance Agency, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring accuracy in all transactions. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• -Assisting with accounts payable and receivable tasks.
• -Processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
• -Reconciling bank statements and other financial records.
• -Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
• -Generating financial reports and providing support for audits.
• -Collaborating with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
• -Performing general administrative tasks to support the finance team as needed.

Qualifications:

• -Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
• -Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role.
• -Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• -Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• -Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
