We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Accounting Clerk to join our team at Del Toro Insurance Agency.
Job Description:
As an Accounting Clerk at Del Toro Insurance Agency, you will play a vital role in maintaining our financial records and ensuring accuracy in all transactions. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- -Assisting with accounts payable and receivable tasks.
- -Processing invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents.
- -Reconciling bank statements and other financial records.
- -Assisting with month-end and year-end closing procedures.
- -Generating financial reports and providing support for audits.
- -Collaborating with other departments to resolve financial discrepancies.
- -Performing general administrative tasks to support the finance team as needed.
Qualifications:
- -Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred).
- -Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or in a similar role.
- -Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- -Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- -Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- -Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
