About the Role:
An Events Assistant at Brand Avenue plays a crucial role in supporting the planning and execution of various events organized or sponsored by the company. This position involves assisting in all aspects of event coordination, from logistics and scheduling to marketing and promotion.

Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events, including conferences, seminars, and promotional events.
Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, equipment rental, and catering arrangements.
Assist in creating event timelines and schedules, ensuring all activities run smoothly and on time.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event requirements are met.
Assist in marketing and promoting events through various channels, including social media, email, and print materials.
Provide on-site support during events, including set-up, registration, and attendee assistance.
Assist in post-event activities such as gathering feedback and evaluating event success.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus but not required.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and event management software is a plus
