Real Estate Property Manager

Our full-service real estate brokerage is actively seeking a Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of properties and act as an assistant to our Executive Property Manager. The ideal candidate will excel in leadership and customer service, effectively managing interactions with residents, owners, and vendors. Responsibilities include enforcing property regulations, managing financial operations, and addressing any relevant property issues.

Candidates must have proficient computer skills, show initiative, be well-organized, detail-oriented, work well under pressure, and have excellent customer service skills. A minimum of one year of experience in property management is required. Experience using Appfolio Property Manager software is highly preferred but not required. Must have an active real estate license or willing to obtain one within the first 60-days of being hired.

Full-time position - Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm. Nights and weekends as needed for answering emergency maintenance calls.

Pay will be $17 per hour for the first 60 days and $20 per hour after 60 days.

$20 Per Hour

• Facilitates resident move-ins/move-outs by negotiating leases, collecting security deposits and processing applications to ensure a smooth process
• Coordinate repairs and renovations for tenants in a timely manner and to their satisfaction
• Advertise and obtain referrals in order to attract new tenants
• Help create and organize marketing initiatives that generate excitement and new qualified leads/leases
• Research local rental rates and calculate costs so pricing is in line with current market conditions

• Answering phones
• Delivery and retrieval of signs and lockboxes
• Conducting move-out inspections
• Conducting vacant property inspections

• 1-2 years of customer service and sales experience preferred
• Possess ability to connect with a variety of personalities on the phone and in person
• Able and willing to work both evenings and weekends

• Basic understanding of Google Docs, Google Sheets, and other Google Apps
