COPE Staffing is seeking a Recruiter. As a Contract Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, screening, and selecting top talent to meet the staffing needs of our client's organization. You will work closely with COPE's team to understand the staffing requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates for COPE's clients.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work with team to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
2. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
3. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
4. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
5. Conduct reference checks and background screenings as required.
6. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system.
7. Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate pipelines.

 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role, with a strong understanding of recruitment best practices.
3. Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels, including online job boards, social media, and professional networks.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
5. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
6. Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment software.
7. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
