We are currently seeking an Engineering Coordinator to join our team. While experience with AutoCAD is preferred, it is not required. If you are a motivated and organized individual with a willingness to learn and contribute to our team, we encourage you to apply, as the ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing various administrative tasks to support our team and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Engineering team within the company, including but not limited to:
    • Help with electronic system take offs.
    • Help with data entry of materials.
    • Help with procurement of data needed for product support.
    • Scan documentation as needed.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned.
  • Utilize AutoCAD skills to support engineering when necessary, such as basic drafting (training provided as needed)
  • Self-checks own work for completeness, accuracy, and meeting standards.
  • Keeps Engineering Manager informed of all activity, including timely preparation of required reports.
  • Accomplishes all tasks as appropriately assigned or requested.
  • Maintains a favorable working relationship with all employees and managers to promote a cooperative and harmonious working environment to facilitate positive employee morale, productivity, and continued improvement.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in administration or related field is a plus.
  • Experience using Computer systems, including MS office.
  • Experience with AutoCAD is preferred but not required; willingness to learn and utilize AutoCAD skills as needed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and friendly demeanor.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
