Job Description

Aerospace Manufacturing

Aegis Worldwide is seeking a Production Manager to manage 25+ machinists. We are seeking someone familiar with machine shop operations and scheduling and planning jobs in a smaller machine shop.

Responsibilties:

Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output
Supervise and evaluate the performance of shop associates
Production planning and scheduling jobs for machines
Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
Generate employee efficiency reports

Qualifications:

5+ of hands-on experience in a CNC machining environment
2+ Leadership/supervisor experience
ITAR compliant - US Passport, US Birth Certificate, Permanent Resident Card, Certificate of Naturalization
Experience planning/scheduling jobs using an ERP
Experience running employee efficiency reports daily
Comfortable being 100% on the plant floor
AS9001 knowledge
Experience with internal audits
