Job Description

LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Estates and Trusts Paralegal. Our Pittsburgh law firm client offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, and collegial atmosphere. Please submit your resume today for consideration.

Responsibilities:

Working knowledge of PA estates and trust law
Working knowledge of the Probate Process and Probate Code
Ability to prepare tax returns including - individual income tax, fiduciary income tax, inheritance and gift tax
Review, draft and interpret wills and trust agreements
Work with attorneys and clients in drafting estate planning documents
Maintain financial records of estates and trusts

Qualifications:

Paralegal certificate is preferred or prior experience in Estates and Trusts within a law firm
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail
Trustworthy and ethical
Client service oriented
Experience with Lackner is a plus, not required

Pay Details: $52,000.00 to $70,000.00 per year
