Overview:

We are seeking an individual with an outgoing, upbeat personality, who has the ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Primary responsibilities are to maintain timely and accurate inventory, materials levels, and expedite materials when needed. Maintain accurate and timely billing and work order creation. Directly reports to Assistant Service Center Manager and Service Center Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Receiving
  • Materials Transfers
  • Inventory Management, annual physical inventory
  • Ship-ins, unpack and repack
  • Customer Service via phone calls and walk ins
  • Communicates directly to customers, vendors and outside business associates via phone and email
  • Housekeeping of shop common areas including office and bathrooms
  • Accurately invoice labor and parts accordingly
  • Accurately invoice labor and parts for warranty repairs
  • Retrieve and return phone messages
  • Produce and print work orders from delivery logs for each unit picked up daily
  • File service center documents
  • Assist as needed with any other service center function to ensure cycle flow and excellent customer service

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone skills.
  • Prior clerical and/or customer service experience a plus.
  • Ability to type 40 words per minute.
  • Ability to work in fast pace environment.
  • Walks, stands, bends, squats during entire shift.

The Parts/Administrative Specialist will work in a service center environment; to include working from the shop floor. The ability to move/lift up to 50lbs on a frequent basis is required.
