Job Responsibilities Include:

• Estimating
  Accurately estimate mitigation, contents, and rebuild jobs using Xactimate, Matterport, Encircle, DISTO, thermal imaging, and other tools.
• Certified
  Trained, certified, and proficient in Xactimate, Matterport, Encircle, DISTO use, thermal imaging, & related software/tools.
• Sell and Close the Job
  80%+ close rate for mitigation, contents, and rebuild jobs. Qualify & close jobs, perform inspections, execute contracts.
• Point of Contact for Customer and Crew
  Act as a point of contact throughout the job and keep the customer satisfied.
• Keep the Job on the Tracks
  Identify unique conditions ahead of the crew, manage all workflow situations, respond 24/7.
• Put the Job Back on the Tracks
  Fix unexpected hurdles
• Collect Money
  Accurately perform estimates, convert to invoices, & collect money.
• Secondary Responsibilities
  Perform the role of a Technician & Mitigation Manager.

Requirements:

• 3+ years experience in the restoration industry doing mitigation 
• 2+ years experience creating estimates and managing mitigation projects
  
• Certifications: experience in: Xactimate, Matterport, Encircle, disto use, thermal imaging, thermal-hygrometer. Three to six restoration-related certifications.
• Bachelors degree in construction or related field (preferred)
