What is the Lead Server experience?
As the Lead Server, you'll be responsible for delivering excellent service to our residents and guests in every dining outlet. This role entails providing positive team leadership and serving as the service expert and team trainer. In this role, you'll be expected to:
- Guarantee that residents and their guests enjoy an enthusiastic, prompt, and positive dining experience driven by exceptional service.
- Oversee all assigned side work and cleaning projects, as well as opening and closing duties.
- Ensure that the team completes all tasks according to department standards and in a timely manner.
- Act as the team leader to address any service or food-related issues, when required.
- Other duties as assigned.
What are the job qualifications?
- High School Diploma/GED.
- A minimum of six months' food industry experience.
- Supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills to relate with residents and lead co-workers.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Food handler's card required within 30 days of filling position.
- Must consent to and pass a criminal background check.

- Pay range: $16.73 - $22.00 depending on experience
