Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Pizzaiolo / Pizza Cook to join our team and help run the kitchen! You will thrive in a fast-paced environment and be asked to multi-task and efficiently perform day-to-day kitchen operations.
Please do not waste your or our time if you do NOT have any pizza making experience!
Responsibilities:
- Be able to stretch 18" pizza dough
- Make authentic NY-style pizza
- Grill meat
- Make pasta & salads and all other food menu items
- Monitor the quantity & quality of ingredients
- Prep the cook line and necessary food items
- Work with management to fill out the ingredients inventory
- Have a passion for food
Qualifications:
- AT LEAST 2 years of pizza experience
- Be able to run a pizza kitchen
- Have strong multi-tasking skills
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Have a California Food Handlers Certificate
