Registered Nurse (RN)

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team and contribute to the delivery of quality healthcare services.

Job Summary:

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive nursing care and clinical expertise to patients across the lifespan. Your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing care plans, administering treatments, coordinating care, and educating patients and families to promote health and well-being.

Responsibilities:

*Conduct comprehensive nursing assessments of patients, including physical, psychological, and social aspects, to identify healthcare needs and develop individualized care plans.

*Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by healthcare providers and according to established protocols, ensuring safe and effective delivery of care.

*Monitor patients' conditions, vital signs, and responses to treatments, and intervene promptly to address changes or complications.

*Coordinate and collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare team members, including physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and social workers, to provide holistic care and promote positive patient outcomes.

*Educate patients and families about their health conditions, treatment plans, medications, and self-care techniques to empower them to manage their health and prevent complications.

*Document patient assessments, care plans, interventions, and outcomes accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies.

*Participate in quality improvement initiatives, evidence-based practice, and professional development activities to enhance nursing practice and patient care.

*Adhere to ethical and legal standards of nursing practice, including maintaining patient confidentiality, respecting patient rights, and advocating for patient safety and well-being.

Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited nursing program with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree preferred.

Current RN licensure in the state of [Specify State].

Clinical experience in acute care, medical-surgical, or specialty nursing preferred.

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
