The Boat Painter is responsible for:

• Learning MTI's process of intricate painting techniques and methods
• Completing all tasks associated with boat painting, including sanding, prepping, and finishing
• Working on a team successfully through collaboration and accountability
• Focus on attention to detail and commitment to quality

Must have at least 2 years custom auto or boat painting experience, including air-brushing, shadowing, etc.
