Description

Provide systems, software, and network support on a wide range of applications, such as servers, computers, phones, and printers to ensure the accurate and efficient flow of the information throughout the organization. Troubleshoot technology-related issues and a host of daily duties and responsibilities.

Essential Job Functions

• Configure and maintain Antivirus system with daily inspections and policy management
• Run SQL/SharePoint reports and create queries and validate information accordingly
• Configure, maintain and analyze reports of Awareness Training Content & On-Demand Interactive Trainings
• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot Andon System
• Manage OS Deployer and produce PCs with standard images
• Manage network printers/drivers/toner and other printer maintenance functions
• Set-up and install new hire equipment and manage access control
• Address technology-related inquiries and issues through Help Desk requests, in-person, or by phone
• Perform routine maintenance and data back-up to prevent loss of information
• Maintain up-to-date working knowledge and expertise in hardware, software, and cyber threats
• Read technical manuals and perform computer diagnostics to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Record logs of daily operations, such as nature of request, how it was addressed, and status of the request and resolution
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Experience with VOIP telephone and security systems is desired
• Experience with ERP system such as PLEX

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science/Technologies/Networking or equivalent experience
• Proactive and oriented to make improvements in systems and procedures
• Experience with Windows OS including Active Directory, and Office 365/Admin
• Experience with web site development
• 4+ years of experience in a similar role
• On-site full time
