Cosmetic Physician Partner is building the premier network of physician-led medical aesthetic clinics in the US. We have partnered with Shewmake Plastic Surgery and are looking for a part-time Marketing Assistant to support their fast-growing state-of-the-art cosmetic clinic located in Little Rock, AR.

We are looking for an easy-going, collaborative, fun and creative person to help in all aspects of marketing in the role of Marketing Assistant.

Our ideal candidate must be detail oriented and multi-faceted with a jack of all trade skillset in written and verbal communication, basic SEO understanding, web development, graphic design, social media savvy and a passion for our evolving industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with management and CPP corporate marketing to provide properly branded copy/video/photos for the website, social media, monthly newsletter, in-office events, business to business collaborations, trainings, and other various marketing strategies.
  • Prepare finished designs for handoff to developers or printers, ensuring that all files are properly formatted and organized.
  • Assist with photo shoots and video production as needed, providing input on shot selection, styling, and set design.
  • Continuously improve design skills through research, practice, and feedback
  • Drive growth of the business and deepen and expand customer (audience) engagement and loyalty across all platforms.
  • Develop new engaging digital assets across all platforms to promote brand consistency and overall clarity.
  • Collaborate with influencers to prepare social media content for campaigns.
  • Gather patient and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase patient conversions, and generate more qualified leads.
  • Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly.
  • Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, partners, and industry contacts to drive lead generation initiatives.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine art, or relevant field - preferred but not required
  • Minimum 3 years graphic design, marketing, or fine art experience
  • Proven experience with Adobe or Canva, Constant Contact, ClickSend, Zenoti
  • Excellent listening, written, verbal and proofreading communication skills.
  • Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns.
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Understands market data, trends, patient attitudes and behaviors and the competitive landscape to maximize current and future opportunities.
  • Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity
  • Experience with marketing automation and other digital tools
