This is for an entry level candidate looking to advance quickly into a business management/operations role.

A candidate hired as a management trainee will be cross-trained in:

• business consulting
• sales
• client relations and customer service
• brand strategy
• public speaking
• territory management
• human resources
• business development
• advertising
• finance
• business administration
• operational management.

As our list of clientele continues to grow in addition to their budgeting, we are currently expanding within the areas we are already in as well as finalizing plans for new areas we are opening in.

Management Trainee Prerequisite Criteria:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• GPA 3.0+
• Must be able to commute to the Arlington, VA side of DC
• Full Time availability preferred
• Immediate Hire availability
