General - Lube Service Technician

We’re looking for an experienced auto lube technician who is ready to give our service customers an excellent experience. You must be able to rotate tires, change light bulbs, change oil and other fluids, and perform other general maintenance duties to be successful in this position. $30,000 - $50,000

• Conduct oil changes and fluid inspections on customer vehicles, including emptying and refilling engine oil and checking and refilling transmission, brake, power steering, and coolant fluids
• Oil and lube the chassis's component parts, and measure the tread depth and tire pressure
• Ensure the shop floor and other work spaces are clean, and follow all safety guidelines as required
• Maintain shop inventory by recording oil and parts usage and reordering supplies when needed
• Record all service operations, as well as any installations or replacements of parts

• Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Lube technician experience of one or more years or related automotive experience is preferred
• Strong customer service skills
• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• Must be capable of safely using tools, car lifts, and other garage equipment
