Cash Management & Treasury Analyst

The Cash Management & Treasury Analyst is responsible for providing cash balance and treasury admin support to assist internal business units with cash accounting, analysis, and management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processing payments (Wires, Account Transfers, EFT/ACH) requested by internal Business units.
• Creating templates and confirming banking instructions for outgoing payments to 3rd parties and investors.
• Providing loan and credit facility support. Requesting draws and Paydowns based on cash needs.
• Assisting Accounting with cash reconciliation.
• Organizing and compiling cash movement support.
• Opening fund and property bank accounts.
• Adding and editing bank user profiles.
• Assisting with bank platform training, support, and research.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years Treasury/Cash Management experience.
• Knowledge of Real Estate and familiarity with Yardi a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must be able to work independently and as a part of a small team.
• Excellent problem solving and attention to detail.
