We are looking for an experienced Accounting Clerk who will play a vital role in supporting the team with various accounting tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, payments, and refunds accurately and in a timely manner. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable transactions to ensure accuracy.
• Enter financial data into the accounting system with precision and attention to detail. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
• Reconcile bank statements and other financial records to ensure consistency and identify discrepancies.
• Monitor and track company expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes by preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, and assisting with financial reporting as needed.
• Collaborate with auditors during internal and external audits by providing documentation and answering inquiries as necessary.
• Provide general administrative support to the finance department, including filing documents, answering phone calls, and responding to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and procedures.
