SKILLED COMMERCIAL TECHNICIAN IN CARPENTRY, PLUMBING AND ELECTRICAL

(All around handyman type tradesman)

Responsibilities:

· Respond to work orders utilizing android app and properly document pertinent information through the life span of Work Order

· Prepare job scope-of-work to include time estimates and material requirements for repairs

· Perform general maintenance including but not limited to painting, drywall, minor plumbing and electrical

· Perform routine preventive maintenance for customers

· Oversee work performed by outside vendors as necessary

· Follow state and local building regulations and OSHA safety standards

· Actively participate in and complete all required training programs

· Estimate time and extent of repairs

· Maintain material and supply inventory

Qualifications:

· Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields

· Skilled and well-rounded in all aspects of electrical, plumbing and carpentry

· Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment

· Must have organizational skills and communication skills (written and verbal)

· Ability to conduct oneself with integrity and professionalism

· Proven experience working independently as well as part of a team

· Must be willing to travel within a 250 miles radius to service our customers

· Must be able to work long hours, weekend and holidays as needed - Deadline and detail-oriented-24 hour operation

· Due to the nature of our work all employees must pass a criminal background check, MVR check, and hold a valid and clean Driver’s License
