Job Description

Lead Gameplay Developer/Engineer

Location: Overland Park/KS,,,the other location are Salina/KS, Manhattan/KS, Lenexa/Shawnee/KS (Hybrid from Day One)

Candidate must have launched a Game or a Product while working as a Lead or a Senior

Candidate must have an apartment in Kansasand must be comfotable to travel to Los Angeles (LA) whenever it's needed

Salary offered after 6 months - $150K-$180k/Annum - Need Salar expectations of the candidate!!

Candidate must be a Top Level Game Developer who can code, develop, design and knows gaming

Basic Qualifications

4+ years of experience with Unreal Engine 4
4+ years with C++, both within the confines of Unreal and in general.
Experience launching at least one shipped title as a lead developer.
Experience with development for Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, Gear VR, or other VR/AR tools and related hardware.
Thorough understanding of Computer Science fundamentals.
Experience with Perforce version control, including streams and integration processes. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
Working knowledge of the content creation tools and processes involved in real-time 3D asset production.

Additional Qualifications

Multiplayer experience.
Experience with the processes of 3D asset creation, shader creation, rigging, procedural animation logic. Experience with Python.
Experience with pipeline scripting in DCC applications such as Autodesk Maya or 3ds Max.
Leadership experience.
Networking experience.
