Security Guard - Must be available Immediately - $17per hr

Pay: $17 per hour

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Shifts available:

• Day shift – starting at 6:00am - 6:00pm (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

• Night shift – starting at 6:00pm - 6:00am (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday)

• Weekends (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)

Job Duties:

• Assume overall responsibility for the safety and security of designated areas.

• Secure industrial or commercial premises to prevent and detect signs of damage or theft of electrical panels, intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates.

• Patrol and survey the area and visually investigate disturbances

• Provide a rapid response in critical situations.

• Complete detailed daily incident reports of activities and irregularities observed on the shift

• Contact police or fire departments in case of emergencies, such as fire or presence of unauthorized persons.

• Maintain time & attendance and related communications through mobile app.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school education or equivalent (GED)

• Must have a smart phone 7 and above to scan activity (NFC) tags hourly

• Must be reliable, accountable, and timely

• Minimum of 6 months security experience and knowledge of basic security techniques

• Valid Driver's License / ID

• Valid unarmed guard card (or can obtain within 30 days of hiring)

• Must have reliable means of transportation and means of communication
