Salary Information:
$90,976 - $110,571/Annually

This position works a "Defined 9/75 schedule", which is nine days over two weeks (typically eight 8.5-hour days and one 7-hour day with the tenth day off).

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service, and oral and written communication skills. In addition, the ideal candidate will possess professional level experience in:Any combination of education and experience that would provide the required knowledge and abilities is qualifying. A typical way to acquire the knowledge and abilities would be:

Education: Equivalent to completion of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in recreation administration, physical education or a related field.

Experience: Three years of responsible experience administering and coordinating Parks and Recreation programs or services, including at least one year in a lead capacity, with two years or more in a lead capacity preferred. Familiarity with the principles and core competencies of the California Park and Recreation Society Vision, Insight and Planning program is desirable.

LICENSE OR CERTIFICATE
