Salary Information:
$90,976 - $110,571/Annually
This position works a "Defined 9/75 schedule", which is nine days over two weeks (typically eight 8.5-hour days and one 7-hour day with the tenth day off).

- Program planning, development, implementation and coordination
- Supervision, training and performance evaluations
- Budget preparation and administration
- Equipment, facilities, operations, and techniques used in comprehensive community recreation programs
Education: Equivalent to completion of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with major coursework in recreation administration, physical education or a related field.
Experience: Three years of responsible experience administering and coordinating Parks and Recreation programs or services, including at least one year in a lead capacity, with two years or more in a lead capacity preferred. Familiarity with the principles and core competencies of the California Park and Recreation Society Vision, Insight and Planning program is desirable.
LICENSE OR CERTIFICATE
