Senior Manufacturing Technician

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The Senior Manufacturing Technician will play a crucial role in our production process, responsible for assembling gait therapy devices, assist with managing production schedules, monitoring manufacturing processes, and ensuring compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate will be hands on with strong mechanical aptitude, detail-oriented, and possess strong analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Assemble gait therapy devices according to established procedures and quality standards.

·       Assist in preparing and maintaining production schedules to meet demand and optimize efficiency.

·       Monitor manufacturing processes for effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

·       Provide regular updates to the Production Manager on project status and production metrics.

·       Ensure that internal production processes adhere to defined procedures and safety regulations.

·       Assist in determining and prioritizing work procedures and schedules based on available materials and demand.

·       Work independently under the supervision of the Production Manager and collaborate effectively with the production team.

·       Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, ensuring good housekeeping practices are followed.

Qualifications:

·       Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.

·       Strong computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office.

·       Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

·       Familiarity with assembly tools and manufacturing processes.

·       Good communication and interpersonal skills.

·       Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

·       Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

·       Associate degree is a plus.

·       Forklift experience preferred, but not required.

Production Shift: Monday through Friday, 5:30 AM to 2 PM
