Citadel Roofing and Solar is a well-established fast growing fully integrated roofing and solar company with more than 30 years of contracting experience, and a stellar reputation of service excellence to new construction homebuilders and homeowners throughout Northern, Central, and Southern California.
Our focus and core expertise is New Construction. We serve national, regional and local homebuilders, real estate developers, and general contractors, providing long-lasting roofing, solar, and home battery storage solutions for single-family homes, multifamily dwellings, and selected commercial buildings.
We leverage that expertise to also provide New Construction-grade roofing, solar, and home battery storage solutions to existing homeowners.
In all cases, reliable execution and customer service are at the heart of our operations.

· Manage Citadel’s subcontractors, as applicable, for instance for the erection of carport substructures; ensure proper trenching, structure locations, schedule and subcontractor safety and quality.
· Perform inventory audits of crews’ truck stock and work with crew leads to maintain mid/max levels.
· Train existing and new crews on new products and installation practices.
· Communicate daily on all relevant field activities and provide updates to the Builder’s Superintendent, Citadel’s General Superintendent and Project Manager.
