Zubie Home Service, a plumbing industry leader, is seeking a full-time HVAC/Plumbing Dispatcher to join our team. This position is ideal for an individual with associate skill level and offers a competitive salary range of $42,000 to $52,000 per year. The successful candidate will work in our Plumbing department and will be responsible for functions such as accounting and administrative tasks. Bilingualism is a plus for this position. Zubie Home Service Heating & Air Conditioning has been serving the San Antonio area's HVAC needs for over 25 years. We are expanding our presence to include the DFW and Houston areas. Our dedicated staff excels in providing top-notch heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and plumbing installation, service, and repair. The HVAC/Plumbing Dispatcher plays a crucial role in ensuring that our clients receive exceptional customer service. As a Dispatcher, you will be responsible for scheduling, reception, and customer service tasks. You will use computer software, such as ServiceTitan, to manage appointments efficiently. In this highly collaborative role, you will interact with clients, sales representatives, installation technicians, and service technicians to ensure smooth operations and maximize client satisfaction. Fluency in English and Spanish would be advantageous for this role.

• Receive incoming client calls and make outbound calls
• Dispatch sales, installation, and service calls
• Schedule appointments for prompt and convenient service
• Ensure maximum scheduling efficiency without compromising client satisfaction
• Collaborate with Sales, Install, and Technician teams
• Contribute to the growth of our business and maintain client satisfaction

• Background in scheduling, reception, and customer service
• Computer proficiency
• Prior experience with ServiceTitan software is a plus
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Pass a background check and periodic drug testing
• Call center experience is preferred
• Maintain evening and weekend availability
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Experience in HVAC or home services is a plus
