Job Description

BILINGUAL Will Call Clerk Requirements/ Customer Service

Answer and forward calls and take messages/orders.
Experience in customer service.
Familiarity with computers and related software
Knowledge of inventory management processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Organizational and multitasking skills
Cash Handling
Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
provide customer service by resolving complaints and troubleshooting issues.

MUST HAVE TWO YEARS OF EXPERIENCE
