Our Janitorial division is in charge of keeping our client's workplace clean, organized, and disinfected.

Requirements

We are seeking a janitor who takes pride in their work to join our team!

Part time position! 4 days per week. (This position cleans a Veterans home with current residents. Candidate must be willing to clean resident rooms, restrooms, hallways, common areas).

Schedule: 7am-3:30pm Friday, Saturday, Sunday & Monday only.

Fingerprint background check required

• You have one plus years of cleaning experience (preferred)
• You can pass a fingerprint background check
• You have window cleaning, laundry cleaning, & kitchen cleaning experience
• Pay rate $17.00 per hour
• COVID19 vaccination required (religious exemption accepted)

What you will do....

• Clean the interior of buildings including resident rooms, common areas, floors, carpet, rugs, windows and walls
• Clean individual resident rooms and hallways in this nursing facility (Veterans Home)
• Disinfect commonly used items like desks, door handles, office tools and phones
• Maintain cleaning inventory, placing orders for new products when needed
• Empty trash and recycling bins
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Vacuum, sweep and mop floors
• Clean and maintain restrooms
• Wash and clean windows and mirrors
• Notify supervisors of unsafe conditions, major repairs, and any abnormal conditions
• Operate floor scrubbers and other equipment if required
• Dust furniture and fixtures
• Ability to lift at least 25lbs
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Integrity and ability to work independently
• Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision
• Manage time efficiently
• Must be able to use basic cleaning equipment
