NP Nurse Practitioner

We seek a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team at a cutting-edge hormone and weight loss clinic. This is a part-time contractor (1099) position, initially requiring 5-10 hours per week, with substantial growth opportunities.

Position Highlights:

• Role: Nurse Practitioner (Part-Time, 1099)
• Hours: 5-10 hours per week initially
• Location: Hybrid (Virtual and occasional in-person consultations)
• Compensation:
  • $150 per initial consultation (~1 hour each)
  • $75 for follow-up consultations (~30 minutes each)
  • Performance-based pay with potential for passive income of 15-20% from monthly collections of treated patients. You see them, and you get part of the monthly subscription earnings. If they buy an add-on, one time service, you will also receive payment up to a certain percentage.

Requirements:

• Must be a Certified Nurse Practitioner with active licensure in both Oregon and Washington or willing to obtain.
