The Director of Behavioral Health will be responsible for providing leadership and oversight of the Behavioral Health program. The successful candidate will be a highly organized and motivated individual with a passion for providing quality care to our patients.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the Behavioral Health program.

• Provide clinical oversight and direction to Behavioral Health staff.

• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders.

• Monitor and evaluate program performance.

• Provide guidance and support to Behavioral Health staff.

• Develop and implement strategies to improve program outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Behavioral Health or related field.

• Independently licensed in social services; a minimum of 5 years of employment in an executive-level clinical role

• 3 years management experience

• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
