PRODUCT MANAGER 3

May include:

• Collaborate on the Motili vision and strategy to deliver on that vision.
• Manage and communicate the product development roadmap, priorities, and releases to leadership and stakeholders.
• Lead agile product-led meetings and product owner responsibilities.
• Facilitate discussions with design, engineering, and stakeholders (both internal and external) to gather requirements, design new experiences, and deliver product solutions.
• Manage the product development backlog and create epics and user stories for feature and bugs.
• Develop relationships with current and prospective customers and users to identify business opportunities and incorporate feedback.
• Analyze and produce competitive and gap analysis of other software products.
• Perform live demos – internally and externally – when appropriate.
• Drive Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize products and experiences
• Demonstrate understanding of high-quality software design practices. This includes participation in all aspects of UX: research, ideation, strategy, interaction design, information architecture, and visual execution.
• Evaluate and escalate risks in projects/product lifecycle to supervisor and senior management when appropriate.

Nature and Scope :

• Manages and executes on product delivery in cross-functional team setting.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Experience working in-house embedded with product, design, and engineering teams
• Experience with UX software design and strategy
• Knowledge of HVAC technology and industry
• Applies Voice of Customer techniques to the product cycle
• Excellent judgement and decision-making skills to lead multi-functional new product programs to market.
• Ability to translate complex problems and ideas into easily understood descriptions
• Demonstrated leadership in building strong stakeholder relationships and mitigating conflict and ability to influence stakeholders
• Effective communication skills – verbal, written and public speaking and ability to develop and deliver presentations, written memos, etc.
• Effective organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize effectively
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong team player, results orientated, dedication to excellence and sense of urgency to achieve business objectives
• Ability to apply strong work ethics and integrity on the job
• Thrives in a fast-paced work environment

Experience:

• 10+ years of experience
• Experience of leading and owning product strategy, discovery, and delivery of software applications

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, Physics or the applied sciences

Pay Range:

• $113,300.00 - $141,650.00
