The Role You'll Play to Create Success
We are excited to announce our search for a full-time Commercial Lines Property & Casualty Product Manager! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business every day by defining and building out new product(s) to expand our offerings. Additionally, you will play a major role in maintaining the profitability of the Company's various existing casualty and workers' compensation programs through market research and strategic product planning.

1. Works with senior leadership to plan and strategize potential new product offerings for our marketplace.
2. Research and review offerings, products, and processes of competitors to evaluate their competitive and strategic positioning in the market as well as developed and projected profitability.
3. Assists in the review of existing product and process offerings in Casualty and WC Divisions to evaluate rates, features, forms, and options to maximize the competitive positioning and profitability of offerings.
4. Recommends changes to rates, coverage forms and options, and fee structures to increase production and profitability on the product(s) assigned.
5. Coordinates with internal and producing agents, external staff, and third parties to gain an accurate understanding of competitor programs in the market and our strategic placement among them.
6. Evaluates program options and makes recommendations to management on specific changes to increase both production and profitability.
7. Evaluates competitors' online offerings and makes recommendations for FCGA software to enhance productivity and competitiveness.
8. Works with Underwriting and Business Analysts to implement agreed changes in most efficient manner.
9. Evaluates production and profitability after implementation of product or process changes.
10. Reports to management on observations, recommendations, and results.

The Attributes We Seek

Keys to success in this position include a knowledge of commercial general liability underwriting practices, with knowledge of workers' compensation line of business is a plus. A minimum of Five (5) years of experience in primary general liability and workers' compensation underwriting in Florida, preferably in a wholesaler environment and focused on contractors. ISO familiarity is needed. Insurance carrier and/or MGA experience is required. Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Accounting, Finance, Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
