Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing client base while also actively pursuing new business opportunities. This role offers a perfect blend of fieldwork and office responsibilities, with four days spent in the field and one day in the office each week.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the internal sales and support team to ensure smooth order processing and fulfillment.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in outside sales, preferably in the heavy-duty truck and trailer parts industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively negotiate with customers.
  • Self motivated with a results -driven mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
