CNC MILL Programmer

Midwest Precision Manufacturing, a successful precision machining company, is looking for an experienced CNC Programmer to join our team.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain CNC control programs for numerically controlled machines using CADCAM software.
• Analyze existing processes rigorously and spearhead initiatives to minimize variation and enhance productivity.
• Control and maintain CNC control programs and processes for CNC machines, ensuring their accuracy and efficiency.
• Develop fixtures and machine processes
• Revise programs to eliminate errors, and retest programs to check that problems have been solved.
• Provide technical support for day-to-day manufacturing operations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate resource requirements, equipment, processes, and associated costs for New Product Introductions and Engineering Change Notices.
• Perform cost analyses for tooling, machinery, and equipment to drive improvements in manufacturing methods.
• Identify and coordinate opportunities to reduce manufacturing set-up time, cycle time, labor hours, and work-in-progress.
• Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.

• Minimum 5 years of related CNC Programming experience.
