Immediate Opening for a Sales/Finance Manager at Teton Volkswagen

Job Summary: We are looking for a Sales/Finance Manager for our customer-focused dealership. This manager will be an integral part of our growth and future success. All locations are welcome to apply! Pay is dependent on your performance.

Responsibilities: Each job responsibility is listed below in no order of importance, notice some tasks are ongoing throughout. This is just an outline and is not inclusive to all responsibilities.

Sales
  • Manage a team of sales people
  • Recruit hire and train sales associates.
  • Set, measure, and monitor goals and plan activities of sales associates with them to meet their sales and financial goals.
  • Provide meaningful training daily
  • Coordinate monthly training agenda and topics with General Manager
  • Sell the Career of Selling: selling cars, selling themselves, building a clientele financial independence = good credit, money in the bank ability to retire above average income, success outside of work.
  • Desk car deals
  • Become an expert on the Sales Process: Be a go to person.
  • Knowledge of: Used cars in stock, work with sales associates to know every car that is available to them. "Stock Experts"
  • Selling points of other makes and models.
  • Embrace a winning attitude with all sales associates, sales managers, and finance managers:
  • Work with General Manager and Lot Manager on inventory

Finance
  • Utilize established finance sources
  • Actively support the sales process
  • Training and coaching sales consultants
  • Promote all finance products/options
  • Accurately complete paperwork
  • Provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications:
  • Previous success in sales
  • Knows our non-confrontational solution-based sales process.
  • Has been in the sales department of any Teton Auto Group location
  • Strong leader within the organization. Someone people see as a game changer.
  • Positive attitude towards change/growth and success of others.
  • Valid Drivers License
  • Embrace a winning attitude with all sales associates, sales managers and finance managers
  • High ethics and professionalism
  • Ability to keep calm in high stress situations
  • Able to stay late, come early and be available when the team needs you.
  • Not on any type of disciplinary action.
  • Overall exemplifies the principals and beliefs
