IT&S Customer Support Specialist

THIS PERSON WILL COVER OUR MODESTO AND STOCKTON LOCATION WITH SOME ASSISTANCE TO OUR SAN JOSE OFFICE

The WelbeHealth PACE program helps seniors stay in their homes and communities by providing comprehensive medical care and community-based services. It's our mission to serve the most vulnerable seniors with better quality and compassion in a value-based model.

The IT&S Customer Support Specialist plays a vital role in day-to-day operations by providing technical help to our teams and supporting both those we serve and those who serve them. The IT&S Customer Support Specialist is accountable for answering customer queries and resolving internal technical issues. This role has a flexible, hybrid work schedule.

Essential Job Duties:

  • Resolve problems in technical systems with excellent customer service
  • Promptly answer customer queries via appropriate communication channels including but not limited to email, live chat, video, phone, and ticketing systems
  • Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to find solutions to customer issues
  • Identify problems and escalate them to management, as well as provide possible suggestions for improvement when possible

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in IT&S, computer science, or relevant field
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a hardware and software t position in an organization with more than 500 supported personal devices
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a fast-paced healthcare organization
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience with service desk support and escalation processes and solutions
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience supporting personal device hardware and software in a Microsoft environment, including Windows and 365 applications
