Accounting Clerk
As an Accounting Clerk at NANA Healthcare Management, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records, including purchases, receipts, and payments. You will work closely with our accounting team to process accounts payable and receivable, credit cards and checking accounts, and ensure accuracy in our financial documents.

Type: Full time
Pay Rate: $20 - $23/HR
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:30am – 5pm

Job Responsibilities:

Manage all accounting transactions using
QuickBooks for the following primary accounts: Checking Accounts, Receivables, Payables, Credit Cards
Comply with financial policies and regulations.
Use Excel to create spreadsheets, charts, and reports for internal and external use.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as an Accounting Clerk or similar role.
Hands-on experience with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
Strong understanding of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
Excellent analytical and numerical skills.
Good communication and organizational abilities.
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field. Not necessary in lieu of applicable experience.
