RN - ICU (Medical/ Neonatal/ Pediatric/ Surgical)

Shift:

We offer flexible scheduling options: Hours Per Week: 36 | 40 Hours Per Day: 12 | 8 Days Per Week: 3 | 5

Remuneration:

We offer highly competitive compensation: $2500 - $3000 Per Week

Qualifications:

We require the following qualifications for this role:

• Two years of critical care experience with IV insertion and phlebotomy skills, and conscious sedation
• RN License - required Primary Source Verification - required
• AHA BLS - required
• AHA ACLS - required
• IV Certification - required
• CCRN - preferred
• CRRT - preferred
• ECHMO - preferred
• Hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis - preferred.

Responsibilities:

As an ICU RN, you will be responsible for:

• Evaluating and monitoring the patient's progress.
• Identifying sudden or subtle changes in a patient's medical condition.
• Delivering regular updates to doctors, patients, and their family members.
• Beginning treatment and monitoring doses.
• Responding to a medical emergency and alerting the appropriate doctors if necessary.
• Caring for patient needs throughout their recovery in the ICU unit.
• Completing all necessary paperwork before transferring a patient.
• Maintaining patient records.
• Creating and implementing effective care plans.
