Designer

Integrity Mapping of Louisville, Inc. is seeking designers. We currently offer walkout services to cable television MSO's as well as smaller providers. 

We would like to expand the services we are able to offer our customers by creating a design department that is built on the same values and principles that have given us the reputation we have earned in our industry. This would be a contract to hire position. As we grow the design department to meet our customer's needs we will also be working hard to take the necessary steps towards migrating our best contractors to full-time employees. With that we will also be working to make sure that we can offer those full-time employees benefits and pay that are competitive. 

Responsibilities:

• Provide cost effective designs that meet the customer's specifications.
• Work directly with our customers to exceed their expectations and cultivate the relationship between our companies.
• Stay current with industry standards and advancements.
• Adhering to strict deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Quality control of own work and other team member's work.
• Provide deliverable packages for each completed design and utilize project management software dictated by each customer.

Qualifications:

• Education or work experience equivalent to associates in telecommunication, drafting/design, civil engineering, or similar field. 
• Previous experience in telecommunications, OSP, and / or drafting and design is a plus.
• Knowledge of coax and / or fiber architecture is a plus.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with computers running on Windows OS.
• Proficient in most common Microsoft Office software (Excel, Outlook, Word...)
