Primary counselor for Dual Diagnosis Treatment program in Kailua or Kaneohe Hawaii. Responsible for an 8 patient case load. Provides a variety of education, task and or process groups e.g. mental health, dual diagnosis, relapse prevention, motivational interviewing, anger management, 12-step recovery, vocational rehab, cognitive restructuring (using program curriculum). Coordinates with patients case manager, probation officer, and all pertinent care team members during the individual recovery session. Ability to maintain proper documentation in patients chart.
