Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the repair center workload, ensuring efficient scheduling and prioritization of repairs.
- Drive productivity and performance among repair specialists, setting clear goals and providing ongoing support and development.
- Champion process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality standards.
- Monitor repair quality and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Serve as a liaison between the repair center and other departments, fostering collaboration and alignment across the organization.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience leading teams of 10 or more employees.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Associate degree in electronics, similar or electro mechanics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
