In Home Caregiver - Day/Evening/Overnight

Job Summary:
Caring Solutions San Antonio is currently seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to join our team. This is an hourly part or full time job located in central San Antonio. As an In Home Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing direct care and transportation assistance to individuals in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and live fulfilling lives. Our ideal candidate is someone who is passionate about helping others and has a genuine desire to make a difference.

Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position starts at $14 per hour, paid biweekly. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as paid time off and ongoing training opportunities.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance to individuals in accordance with their care plan, including assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Assist with meal planning and preparation, following any dietary restrictions or preferences.
- Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, dishes, and tidying up.
- Day shifts provide transportation for appointments, errands, and social outings.
- Engage in companionship activities, such as conversation, games, and accompanying individuals on outings.
- Monitor and report any changes in an individual's physical, mental, or emotional well-being to the appropriate supervisor.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care provided.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a caregiving or related role. (CNA not required)
- Day shifts require a valid drivers license and full coverage auto insurance. 
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Overnight shifts start between 7-9pm and end between 8-9am.
