Position Description:

Northwest Exterminating is seeking a career-minded Pest Control Technician to join our team. Our pest control technicians work independently and solve pest problems daily. Our technicians work hard to resolve customer pest concerns to the level of the customer's expectations and beyond. Technicians are expected to actively communicate with their team members.

Responsibilities:

• Pre trip truck inspections daily
• Documentation for daily stops.
• Mixing of termiticides.
• Complete preconstruction termite treatments.
• Work on construction job sites.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Exceptional verbal and written communication in English, bilingual a plus.
• A positive attitude.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must possess a current valid driver’s license.
• Must be able to pass a background check and able to obtain a Class 1 Fingerprint clearance card within the first 180 days.
• Must have acceptable Motor Vehicle record.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening and random drug screenings.
• Willingness to work a consistent Sunday-Thursday shift (hours may vary day to day)
• In Town driving with no overnight requirements.
• Ability to pull/lift 50+ lbs. regularly throughout day.
• Strong math skills needed.
• Must be 21 years old for insurance purposes.
