JOB SUMMARY

Efficiently and effectively plans, organizes, and controls the operations of the warehouse and fleet by evaluating competitive benchmarks and applying best practices. Collaborates inter-departmentally to continuously improve the customer experience. Provides leadership, direction, and development to warehouse and fleet staff in a manner that complements Paramount Global’s strategic directives.

Promoting a team culture of positivity through consistent meetings, personal connection, open sharing of ideas and suggestions, empathy, humility, enthusiasm, accountability, and follow through.
Managing multiple software platforms and procedures essential to daily business operations and ensuring employees are trained to perform transactions confidently and accurately.
