General Laborer/Construction Worker

Yellowstone Structural Systems is looking for a hardworking and motivated construction laborer to join our Concrete crew. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting your crew as they install top-tier systems including lifting and leveling, crack and joint sealant, and surface sealant. As a General Laborer, you will assist the Foreman to ensure each project reaches successful completion upholding standards of quality, efficiency, and safety. 

What You Will Do:

• Load and unload materials and equipment
  
• Prepare materials
• Clean job sites
  
• Prep job sites including drilling holes, taping off sections of concrete, etc.
• Operate concrete jack
• Use company products, tools, and equipment
• Follow instructions from supervisors 
  

What We Need for this Role:

• Must reside in or near Belgrade or Bozeman, Montana or be actively relocating within 30 days
  
• High school diploma or equivalent
• A valid driver's license and safe driving record
• Ability to travel and work away from home at least 75% of the time
• Ability to stand, up to 100% of the time
  
• Unrestricted lifting ability (up to 100 lbs.) and ability to climb a ladder, kneel, and crawl
• Willingness to learn and be flexible in job tasks
• Knowledge of construction or related trades preferred

• 4 day work weeks, Monday - Thursday
• 10 hour shift
