About the Position:
We are looking for an experience Screen Print / Apparel PrePress agent. Someone who has great experience in artwork separations, screen making, and a strong background in Screen Printing. Our Ideal candidate is a Screen Print Operator who has advanced into Seps and PrePress work. While this role is not an operator, this role will work directly with our Screen Print and Apparel Team to ensure the maximum in qualify and efficiency in our process
Though this role will mainly focus on Apparel, our PrePress team is multifacited and will require you to learn other PrePress skill sets for Electronic Print, Signs and Grand Format, and traditional offset platemaking.
A successful production artist must possess a mix of both creative and technical skills. They must be able to work quickly, but also remain extremely detail-oriented. We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join our Client First staff today. Do you have what it takes?

Responsibilities
- Main responsibility is for Screen Print and Apparel PrePress work, including but not limited to art color separations, screen set-up, custom proof creation, and other screen print production support.
- Also includes cross work with General PrePress work for all other departments: Electronic Print, Grand Format Print, Offset Press
- Prep files for print production, focusing on speed, accuracy and appropriate layout.
- Analyze, plan, and create visual solutions based on client requests.
- Support the sales team by effectively conveying the clients message in print or digital media using color, type, illustration, and other various techniques
- Develop material for interactive media and multimedia projects
- Remain up to date on changing trends in the graphic design industry.
- Follow a development timeline to ensure tasks are being completed on schedule
- Design Services Support
- Other duties as assigned.
Measurables and Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of direct screen print prepress work
- Success in this role is measured through the accuracy of work, speed of completion, and team contribution.
- Excellent project and time management skills
- Ability to communicate ideas visually, orally, and in writing
- Creativity and problem solving skills with an eye for detail
- Able to accurately discern colors
- Self-disciplined self starters find success in this role.
- Adobe creative suite expertise is required
- We are a Mac-based shop. You must be into that!
