About the role
A Program Manager is responsible for the overall efficiency and quality of the program. They provide oversight and supervision of Coordinators/Lead Staff and employees/contractors that provide support to persons with disabilities. They will be accountable to the local and state entities in assuring that program requirements are met. They will assure that each person receives the services identified by the persons team.

What You"ll Do

Essential Job Duties
Offers the opportunity for persons served, families, and stake holders to provide feedback.
· Participates in the recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and on the job training (OJT) of employees.
· Assures the development and implementation of Individual Service and Support Plan (ISSP) for each
individual according to the IP (Individualized Plan) within specified timelines.
· Provide scheduling, supervision, and guidance to employees, contractors, and volunteers working with
people with disabilities.
· Assure compliance with State, Contractor, and Company standards.
· Monitor completion of all paperwork requirements (billing, safety inspections, etc.) and program sites to ensure quality service provision.
· Maintain contact with Contractors, Families, and Involved Parties to ensure cooperative working relationships for persons served.
· Participate in meetings regarding persons served.
· Establish the departmental budget requirements.
· Establish and lead department team meetings.
· Monitor staff's work with assigned individuals according to weekly schedule.
· Assure that staff teach/role model the skills each person needs support with according to their IP.
· Monitor the development of connections/relationships in persons served local community.
· Establish system to track documentation of daily contact notes, ISSP (Individualized Support & Service Plan) Data Tracking Log/s, incident reports, and completion of any other assessments or paperwork for the person.
· Must be able to complete the duties of a residential support staff and support specialist.
· Notify your supervisor of any problems or concerns regarding the person.
· Attend all required trainings and meetings to increase knowledge of programs and people served.
Other Duties
· Attend team meetings as needed for the person.
· Coordinate transportation or training of public transportation for persons to be able to access his/her community.
· Maintain communication between the person, family members, and funding source.
· Follow the company's three guiding principles: Team Work, Communication, & Respect.
· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
· Education or experience equivalent to undergraduate degree in business, social services, or other human service field of study.
· Experience working with people with disabilities, children, or elderly persons.
· A criminal background check must be completed and meet state regulations.
· A copy of driver's license and car insurance is required (only in special circumstance will a person not be required to have these documents).
· Three positive references; at least two from previous employers.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The pay range for this role is:
55,000 - 57,000 USD per year(CI Office)
